Chief Executive Officer for B2B iGaming Provider
About this role
Company Presentation Backed by experienced investors from the iGaming industry and an established game development capability with approximately two decades of experience delivering games and gaming technology for international clients, a new B2B real-money gaming provider is being launched. The venture combines a strong production foundation, an experienced game development team, an initial portfolio of 10 slot and crash games, and access to investment resources.
The company's ambition is to become a significant international B2B gaming provider, building a commercially competitive game portfolio and securing strong distribution across multiple markets. The business is at an early stage, offering an opportunity to shape its market positioning, commercial strategy, and long-term growth from the ground up. The company is looking for a commercially driven CEO / Co-Founder with deep game provider experience, an established industry network, and the entrepreneurial mindset to build a scalable business.
Role Overview The CEO will take ownership of the company's strategic vision, market-entry strategy, commercial development, and international distribution. The primary challenge is not building a game development operation from scratch. The production and operational foundations are already in place. The CEO's mission is to transform these assets into a rapidly growing B2B gaming business. The successful candidate will understand how to position games across different markets, establish strong commercial relationships, negotiate competitive distribution agreements, and generate meaningful GGR.
The role requires a highly entrepreneurial leader with a strong commercial background, ideally a former CCO, CBDO, or CEO of a game provider. The CEO will work closely with the existing COO, who will support operational management, financial planning, budgets, KPI frameworks, and production execution. Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Business Growth Define the company's strategic vision, commercial positioning, and international growth strategy.
