Role Overview The Channel Marketing & Enablement Manager owns two connected mandates: generating partner-sourced demand, and building the partner capability to convert it. On demand, the role leads channel and co-marketing planning and manages the programs that fund and feed the partner pipeline — MDF/PDF, lead sharing, trial campaigns, and annual joint marketing planning.
On capability, it designs, delivers, and measures the enablement programs that equip partners to sell Chaos products effectively, owning readiness, onboarding, ongoing training, and certification against the product portfolio and commercial strategy. Main Responsibilities Partner marketing: Work closely with the Channel Managers to understand business goals and planned revenue growth per territory and region, and translate those targets into partner marketing plans and channel-only campaigns where they make commercial sense.
Deliver consistent, high-quality partner communication - owning the partner newsletter, portal updates, and release communications to ensure partners are informed and engaged. Build annual joint marketing plans with strategic partners: agreeing objectives and activities per partner, supporting and tracking execution through the year, and reporting on performance quarterly and annually.
