Change, Configuration & Release Analyst - IT Service Delivery
About this role
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Change, Configuration & Release team within IT Service Delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support, Service Desk, Project Coordination or a similar environment who is looking to develop a career in IT Service Management. Previous Change or Release Management experience is beneficial but not essential.
We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams. This role is based on a hybrid working arrangement from our Hartlepool office. What you'll be doing Coordinating and managing Change requests throughout their lifecycle. Reviewing requests to ensure all required information has been provided. Supporting Change planning and implementation activities.
Facilitating Change-related meetings and documenting outcomes. Liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery of Change activity. Monitoring upcoming Releases and helping assess readiness, dependencies and potential risks. Producing reports and maintaining accurate records. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. Providing guidance and support to stakeholders on Change Management processes.
This role offers the opportunity to build experience within IT Service Management while working alongside experienced professionals in Change, Release and Service Delivery. Essential Experience working within an IT Service Delivery Environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple teams. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Ability to follow defined processes and work in a structured environment. Eligibility to undergo UK Security Clearance and NPPV3 screening. Desirable Exposure to Change Management, Release Management or IT Service Management activities.
