About this role

Empowering individuals with diabetes, the full-time remote Clinical Product Educator will deliver virtual training and support for the Omnipod insulin management system, collaborating with customer care and commercial teams while managing escalated customer cases. Key responsibilities: Conduct virtual training for customers on PDM settings, product conversions, and diabetes management software Assist customer care in managing escalated cases and optimize Pod therapy through troubleshooting Document training completion and customer interactions in Salesforce while promoting insulin pump therapy benefits Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN) credentials are mandatory Proficiency in virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams Experience training or managing pump patients is strongly preferred
