Crypto-Fiat Digital Banking Venture Location: Remote (Europe preferred) | International travel required Salary: Negotiable / Flexible, based on experience and profile About the Opportunity Our client is a private investment group led by successful technology entrepreneurs with extensive experience in building and scaling international businesses across technology, fintech and digital industries. The group is now preparing to launch a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture, connecting digital assets with traditional financial services.

The planned offering includes crypto-to-fiat conversion, digital wallets, payment cards and banking payment solutions, with opportunities across both B2B and B2C markets. The venture is backed by experienced investors, with an established technological foundation, payment processing capabilities and technical expertise already in place. The next step is to bring on board a strong commercial leader who can turn this foundation into a successful, scalable international business.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial CEO or Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with direct experience in crypto banking, crypto-fiat payments or closely related fintech businesses, and a proven ability to launch, build and scale commercial operations. The Role This is an opportunity for an ambitious executive who wants to build a business rather than simply manage an existing one. You will play a key role in shaping the company's commercial direction, defining its market positioning, identifying growth opportunities and building the team and processes required to bring the business to market.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have already been through the journey of launching and scaling a fintech business, understand what drives growth and profitability, and know how to turn business opportunities into measurable results. You should be equally comfortable developing strategy and getting personally involved in execution. You don't need a large corporate structure or extensive resources to make things happen.

The ideal candidate will bring a genuine entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial judgement and the ambition to become a long-term business partner. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company's commercial and go-to-market strategy. Identify and develop profitable opportunities across B2B and B2C customer segments and international markets. Build and optimise the business model, revenue streams and unit economics.

Lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives, including performance marketing, partnerships and business development. Establish strategic relationships with relevant financial institutions, payment providers and industry partners. Work closely with product and technology leadership to shape a competitive offering and accelerate market launch. Build and lead a lean, high-performing commercial team, establishing efficient processes and clear performance objectives.

Take ownership of commercial performance, budgets and financial results, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and profitability. What We're Looking For Proven senior leadership experience within crypto banking, crypto-fiat fintech, digital asset payments or crypto-enabled neobanking businesses. Demonstrated success in launching, building or significantly scaling a fintech business, product or commercial operation.

Strong expertise in business development, commercial strategy, growth and customer acquisition. Practical knowledge of performance marketing, acquisition channels and growth economics. Solid understanding of P&L management, unit economics, revenue models and profitability drivers. Established professional network within the crypto, fintech, payments or digital banking ecosystem. Experience building and leading teams in dynamic, fast-growing businesses.

Ability to identify market opportunities, make independent decisions and deliver measurable commercial results. Strong execution skills, commercial instinct and a hands-on approach to leadership. Above all, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset — a leader who takes ownership, moves quickly and is motivated by building a successful business from the ground up. You may already be a CEO, or you may be an accomplished CCO or commercial leader ready to take the next step into broader business leadership.
