CATERING COORDINATOR, NF-02/RFT, CAMP COURTNEY (TENGAN CASTLE)

About this role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years old. One year of experience which demonstrates knowledge and understanding of catering practices. Relevant education may be used as a substitute for experience. Demonstrate knowledge of standardized club or catering facility operational practices and procedures, pricing and ability to coordinate with all facets of the club operation. Skills necessary to assist customers in planning party functions.

Ability to plan, organize and coordinate functions to provide the best in quality service to patrons, with a personal dedication to complete customer satisfaction. Ability to carry out responsibilities in an independent manner, working under pressure with limited supervision. Ability to prepare reports and complete simple contractual arrangements. Skill to deal courteously and effectively with customers, employees and management.
