About the role We are looking for a superstar Category Manager to join our EU team! In this role, you will lead Skincare & Fragrance category performance, portfolio management and strategic growth across Europe, within the priorities agreed with the Senior Category Manager.
Own category plans, innovation and promotional opportunities, using shared analytical support to strengthen hero products, optimise portfolio performance and deliver commercially relevant launches. As a Category Manager you will Develop and deliver Skincare & Fragrance category strategy to achieve Retail and Gross sales and market share expectations, aligned with the Senior Category Manager. Build category visions, growth plans and portfolio architecture, translating global brand and product strategy into regional plans focused on hero products, innovation and promotional opportunities.
Review sales, market share and portfolio productivity with the shared Category Analyst; own recommendations and actions addressing performance gaps and growth opportunities. Monitor competitors and European market needs; develop business cases for new products and sets, working with the Senior Category Manager and global partners. Manage category new product development (NPD) and promotional product plans, aligning launch priorities with the wider European portfolio and identifying local sub-category opportunities.
