The Opportunity What You Will Own Review exception cases and dig into injuries, liability, and red flags Spot commercial vehicle involvement and catastrophic or high-value potential Talk with prospective clients and families with empathy, and ask the right follow-up questions Give the managing attorney a clear recommendation (sign, refer, or decline) with your reasoning Document everything in Filevine and our intake systems, and hand off signed cases cleanly Review intake calls and recommend improvements to agent training and the intake questionnaire.

Proactively follow up with escalated clients to resolve concerns, improve client satisfaction, and prevent client-initiated case withdrawals. What You Bring Required: 5 or more years of personal injury law experience Experience evaluating and vetting premises liability and general negligence claims under a contributory negligence framework, with particular emphasis on premises liability and general negligence. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with real comfort talking to seriously injured clients and grieving families Strong critical thinking and attention to detail Consistent follow-through in a fast-moving environment Preferred (Nice to Have): Candidate lives in North Carolina, but not require d Paralegal experience Bilingual in Spanish Who Thrives Here (Core Values) We don't hire on resumes alone.
