Carrier Sales Representative (US Logistics)

We are looking for a proactive Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will manage the full shipment lifecycle-from quoting customers and securing freight opportunities to carrier management, shipment tracking, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for logistics professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with customers and carriers, and finding solutions that keep freight moving efficiently.

Responsibilities Source and prospect carriers who can consistently operate in the company’s most heavily used lanes Build strong relationships with carriers and develop reliable capacity Onboard new carriers Negotiate rates while maintaining strong service levels Cover available shipments and ensure loads are executed successfully Work closely with the Track & Trace team and Customer Sales team Maintain communication with customers and provide updates as needed Update the TMS accurately and as needed Make pickup and delivery appointments when required Be a strong team player and communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers Take ownership of assigned freight and follow through from coverage through execution
