Job Description We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Carrier Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a key part in training our AI models for Carrier Sales by providing insights, analyzing industry trends, and offering structured feedback on AI performance.

Your expertise will help refine our AI systems, ensuring they accurately reflect real-world sales interactions. Responsibilities Assist in training AI models for Carrier Sales by reviewing and refining AI-driven interactions. Analyze carrier sales processes and provide feedback to improve AI accuracy. Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI-generated responses. Report issues and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AI-driven solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize AI workflows for the logistics industry. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in sales, logistics, or a related field. Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
