In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work Participate in realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations with other professionals. Simulate common career coaching scenarios, including career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, and career transitions.

Provide practical, thoughtful, and helpful guidance based on real-world coaching experience. Demonstrate strong active listening, questioning, communication, and interpersonal skills throughout coaching conversations. Adapt conversations to different career goals, professional backgrounds, and individual needs. Follow project guidelines to ensure conversations are natural, professional, and representative of real career coaching interactions.
