Capture Manager

About this role

📋 Description Lead full lifecycle capture efforts from qualification through post-submittal, with an emphasis on Develop and execute capture plans including win themes, discriminators, competitive positioning Conduct competitive assessments including SWOT analyses and Black Hat reviews Partner with Business Development, Program Management, and Engineering to qualify opportunities and Manage relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors throughout the capture process Build and communicate pipeline status and bid health to executive leadership on a regular cadence 🎯 Requirements Proven track record of full lifecycle capture wins on unrestricted federal acquisitions Deep domain experience in VA, CMS, and/or DoD with strong customer relationships and mission Experience leading capture team activities across business development, solutions, pricing, and Strong understanding of federal acquisition strategies, contract vehicles, and government budgeting Familiarity with key IT domains including Agile, cloud, DevSecOps, IT modernization, and data Experience with contract vehicles such as GSA MAS, CEDAR, SPRUCE, or similar IDIQs is a plus 🎁 Benefits Fully remote Annual stipend Comprehensive Benefits Package Company Match 401(k) plan Flexible PTO, Paid Holidays
