EU remote
Campaign Manager (m/f/d)
About this role
ABOUT YEPODA Clean K-Beauty Innovation. No compromises. Our mission is to bring Clean K-Beauty Innovations, from Korea straight to Europe, UK, and the US – without ever compromising on our values, quality, and sustainability. Our clean, mindfully produced skincare products are made with love in Korea, vegan, cruelty-free, and packed with the best natural and active ingredients. Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in the heart of Berlin.
Our products are available across Europe and the US, since March 2025, in Sephora Europe & since August 2026 in Sephora US – online and in over 1200 stores. As a certified B Corp™, we are committed to building a business with purpose. With a team of over 120 brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda’s story every day. As Campaign Manager, you are an excellent project and process lead with a commercial marketing background.
You are not the creative: the concepts, copy and ads are made by our Brand, Content and channel teams. Your job is to make sure our activities get launched in the best possible way, with thorough tracking. You'll join the commercial planning team, working closely with our concept, brand and marketing teams and make sure our activities are executed smoothly. Every year you will run 15-20+ campaigns across up to 8 markets, from launches and our seasonal sales to our biggest moments.
YOUR TASKS - Run the campaigns from start to finish. Bring the right people in the room together from the product kickoff onwards, so we get the best concepts. - Write the campaign briefs, with objectives, targets and all the details needed to approve before kick-off. - Chase for the deliverables. Manage our marketing channel stakeholders (Creative, storytelling, assets, product copy, influencer briefs, landing pages, CRM flows, retail materials, market adaptation) and keep everyone on the same brief and dates.
- Adapt per market, working with the country leads on what changes locally, ensuring we are agile and localize the campaigns accordingly. - You are responsible for ensuring that we are ready before go-live. Detail oriented and escalating proactively if anything is missing. - Keep the process light and current. Maintain the Notion campaign templates, the RACI and campaign pages so everyone has the information needed to succeed.
