Business Ops Intern - People & Culture (f/m/x)
About this role
Become a part of the 4screen team! As a Business Ops Intern – People & Culture at 4screen, you will support our team across the full employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding and beyond. You'll help optimize P&C processes, support P&C administration and contract creation, and strengthen our company culture through initiatives like team events and employer branding. In addition, you'll support taking care of our office environment, ensuring it remains a welcoming space for collaboration and wellbeing.
As part of our broader Business Operations team, you'll also gain exposure to various cross-functional projects along the way, gaining valuable insights into a dynamic and innovative workplace. Tasks Supporting recruiting and hiring : You help manage job boards, monitor and respond to our recruiting inbox, and support candidates through the hiring process, including efforts to streamline our recruitment process. Shaping onboarding and offboarding : You own key parts of the onboarding and offboarding admin process, keep our onboarding materials up to date, support exit interviews, and help create employment references.
Driving P&C administration and contracts : You support contract creation, help optimize internal and company-wide processes using AI and automation, and help collect and maintain personnel data in our P&C system (Personio). Strengthening employee experience and culture : You contribute to internal communication formats and employer branding and help organize regular team and company initiatives that strengthen cohesion and team spirit.
Managing our office : You support day-to-day office management and help shape an office environment where the team feels comfortable and our culture is visible – bringing your own ideas to make it a hub for collaboration. Drive cross-functional projects : You support cross-functional projects, building skills in project planning, stakeholder management, and communication, with insight into how Business Operations functions end-to-end at a scale-up.
