Must demonstrated experience of leading, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance of staff across multiple shifts. 2. Must demonstrated experience with working in a multi-faceted entertainment/recreation facility and involvement in planning, promoting, or executing facility-based events. 3. Must minimum of 1 year experience of working in a fast-casual food and beverage industry to include menu pricing, inventory control, and health and sanitation compliance.

4. Must demonstrated experience performing daily close-out procedures, reconciling cash drawers, and completing daily activity reports and assisting with monthly inventory. **Your resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under both minimum qualification and high qualification criteria above to be considered highly qualified.
