Job Summary: We're looking for a Business Intelligence & Insights Lead to own and drive high-impact analytics initiatives that help shape business decisions across the organization. This is a highly autonomous, internal-facing role for someone who combines strong technical skills with business acumen—someone who doesn't just answer questions, but proactively identifies insights and partners with stakeholders to solve problems.
Responsibilities: Own a portfolio of BI dashboards from requirements gathering through implementation, maintenance, and optimization. Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze large datasets. Perform data validation and quality control to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
Lead ad hoc analytical projects that provide actionable insights for business leaders across the organization. Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data requirements and improve reporting infrastructure. Support the Commercial Analytics team by delivering datasets and analytical support for client-facing initiatives. Independently manage analytical workstreams from inception through delivery with minimal supervision.
