It takes a certain kind of tenacity to stand among the best of them. Expected start date: October 2026 (Varna) . OBJECTIVE & STRUCTURE The objective is to help you develop a broad understanding of the company and its diverse activities, and to provide opportunities for you to build your network across a number of areas, related to freight and shipping.
Through a combination of structured training and informal on-the-job learning, you will experience different areas of our business. You will be assigned various individual and group tasks, helping you build the skills and expertise you need for a diverse, challenging and exciting career at LDC. The Graduate program at LDC is a 2-phase process: Phase 1 - Build business experience and skills: Graduate Trainee for 12 months (full-time) During this phase, you will gain exposure across different areas of dry-bulk shipping, working with teams across LDC’s Freight Platform to build comprehensive understanding of the business.
Phase 2 – Moving into a regular role At the end of the first phase, if job performance is high and there is a business need, you will be offered a permanent role. KEY AREAS OF EXPOSURE Each rotation will cover different aspects of our global operations such as: Vessel Operations – Voyage Planning, Execution & Optimization Fundamentals of Maritime Law – Shipping Contracts, Laytime, Regulations Shipping Economics – Financial Operations, P&L Analysis, Cost Structure Business Intelligence & Decarbonization SELECTION PROCESS: The Selection Process will follow the below mentioned steps: Application Screening HR Interview with the shortlisted applicants.
