ABOUT THE ROLE Join a small, fast-growing go-to-market team at a seed-stage B2B SaaS company bringing AI-enabled tools to wholesale distribution. You will own prospecting and help shape the sales approach, messaging, and customer-facing processes as the company grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage prospecting from initial outreach through closing, connecting with wholesale decision-makers by phone, email, and social media. - Test and improve outbound and inbound lead-generation approaches, using results to refine your work.

- Build expertise in the product, wholesale market, and customer needs so you can lead persuasive conversations. - Research B2B prospects independently and create effective sales materials and presentations. - Write and refine call scripts and communication templates, and share learnings with teammates. - Find and adopt AI tools and workflows that help the team work more efficiently. - Contribute to go-to-market strategy, messaging, and customer-facing processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Early-career individual contributor with initial hands-on SaaS sales and outbound prospecting experience. - Comfortable with phone, email, and social media outreach, and motivated to build new processes. - Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI-enabled sales workflows and, ideally, industrial or wholesale customers. - Fluent in written and spoken German and English. - Strong customer communication, independent research, and sales-material development skills.
