Lead Commercial Development: Track industry trends, gather client feedback through direct conversations, and refine our go-to-market strategies to stay ahead of market demands.

Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in German and English (mandatory). Additional languages are an asset. Industry Background: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development with background or familiarity with power conversion systems or related electrical/energy technologies.
