7,800 GBP a year for one agreed day a week, plus an uncapped commission built to take the package past 100,000 GBP a year at the volume we are targeting. The fixed is the floor. The commission is the job. NoriaHealth coordinates planned private medical care for patients who pay for themselves, delivered at a partner medical centre in continental Europe, typically within days rather than months. We charge a coordination fee per case.
