Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: Lead strategic vendor management, responsible for Budget and KPI’s for Core Property Tech & Ecosystem department ensuring aligment with Business, Tech & Digital objectives and goals.
Your mission : Strategic Planning & Governance Define and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the department and ensure alignment with Business,Tech and Digital strategy. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external contractual obligations. Coordinate with all Stakeholders to collaborate on definitions of the KPI’s, communication withing the CPT&EDepartment Budget Management Manage central and regional budgets including forecasting, tracking, and reporting. Liaise with Finance teams to ensure transparent reporting and adherence to budgetary constraints. Optimise cost allocation between central and regional entities Vendor & Contract Management Support on negotiations and relationship management with strategic vendors , across multiple regions. Oversee the lifecycle of global contracts and ensure timely renewals and compliance. Develop and maintain a vendor catalogue for services and pricing to support global negotiations Communication and alignment with all to all stakeholders on services, conditions and pricing.
Procurement & Compliance Coordinate with Procurement and Legal teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory and business requirements. Implement processes for purchase order (PO) management and vendor invoicing, ensuring adherence to internalcontrols. Project & Inventory Management Support and define the Inventory of the system and reports (BI) of products such as PMS, POS and etc. Define and enforce standardised processes for vendor onboarding, service activation, and escalation management. Monitor KPIs and service performance, ensuring continuous improvement and issue resolution. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (regional tech teams, finance, legal) and externalpartners Provide regular updates to senior leadership on vendor performance, budget status, and strategic initiatives. And you ? Career path Graduated with a Bac +4 or +5 +5 years of experience in Finance or Audit Previous experience as PMO Skills Strong experience in vendor Management and global negotiation.
