Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys. Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, QA engineers, and designers, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements. Facilitate requirement validation sessions and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for improvement. Support the development and testing phases by clarifying requirements and addressing any ambiguities. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and training materials. Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes and systems. Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and best practices within the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation using various techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN).
