With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Business Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about data quality, data governance, and business analysis? Then this position is for you. As a Data Analyst / Data Quality Business Analyst , you will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality, and reliability of strategic data used across Finance and Risk environments.

You will act as the link between business stakeholders, data consumers, and technical teams, transforming business and regulatory requirements into sustainable data solutions. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, support production activities, and help drive initiatives aimed at improving data sharing, governance, and operational efficiency. Build side: Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements related to data management and reporting.

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and sustainable data solutions. Assess impacts of new requirements and coordinate stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. Participate in the design and evolution of data governance and data quality frameworks. Contribute to the enhancement of reference data, nomenclatures, dictionaries, and related data repositories. Analyze data structures, flows, and dependencies across multiple systems.

Support Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of new features and process improvements. Run side: Monitor data quality and consistency across multiple data sources and business domains. Investigate rejected, inconsistent, or incomplete data and identify root causes. Coordinate production support activities and contribute to incident management processes.
