Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize customer business requirements. Translate customer needs and pain points into detailed product requirements and agile user stories.

Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Act as a proxy Product Owner, supporting development and Scrum teams throughout project delivery. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to align business objectives with solutions. Conduct product gap analysis to identify missing functionalities and improvement opportunities. Analyze and model business processes to support solution design and implementation.

Support backlog prioritization and ensure requirements are clearly understood by development teams. Ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and business objectives. Apply Agile methodologies and requirements management best practices.
