Business Administration Lead
About this role
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Administration team to ensure high performance and service excellence. Establish, review, update, and enforce company procedures, internal policies, and control mechanisms. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization. Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
Prepare regular management reports and present business insights to key stakeholders. Review on a daily basis the admin backlog and initiate action for the reduction. Oversee the administration and validation of shipping and transportation documentation. Supervise contract administration and invoicing process, and related administrative activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Support and coordinate IFRS-based month-end closing activities in collaboration with the Finance team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen process controls. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across the organization. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business administration, finance, operations, or a similar function.
At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a team. Strong understanding of business processes, internal controls, and process improvement methodologies. Experience in reporting, data analysis, and KPI management. Exposure to financial administration and month-end closing activities. Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
