About this role
GS-12: To be eligible at the GS-12 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level. Specialized Experience: One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level which can also be obtained in either the private or public. Specialized experience is defined as: developing, implementing and/or maintaining a comprehensive financial management system; advising management on recommendations and/or alternative approaches to improve program plans, budget proposals, costs of operations and/or program accomplishments; providing a wide variety of budget reporting, including monthly financial and/or quarterly reports; reviewing financial data and accounting documents for budget execution activities as obligations, payments, corrections, and adjustments; utilizing an automated financial management information system to enter financial data and track funds Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.

To be well-qualified, you must satisfy all qualification requirements for the vacant position and receive a score of 85 or better on established ranking criteria.
