This information is needed to determine if you are qualified for the position. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience at the GS 07 grade level in the normal line of progression or civilian sector equivalent which includes: 1) Tracking expenditures by proper accounts and type; 2) Analyzing and evaluating changes in program plans and funding and their effect on the budget; 3) Working knowledge of automated data processing software programs and capabilities used to enter, track, manipulate, and retrieve data to analyze and create reports.

-OR- EDUCATION: Successful completion of at least a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree -or- LL.B or J.D, if related. Such education must have provided the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position. The coursework must be directly related to the position to qualify. Related academic fields include: accounting, business, finance, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management.
