Our Digital team is at the heart of bringing these unforgettable sporting events to millions of viewers worldwide. As a Broadcast Cloud Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of live production and cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless video signal flow from stadium to screen. You’ll work across on-premise and cloud systems (mainly AWS), coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help shape the next generation of live sports delivery.
🤝 Your Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end delivery of live event broadcasts Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise cloud and video workflows Coordinate project timelines, requirements, and stakeholders Drive innovation through scripting (Python) and automation tools Support post-event reporting and knowledge sharing Travel occasionally to support high-profile global events What makes a successful candidate? Previous exposure to live broadcast environments Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms Proficiency in Python and modern scripting for automation Solid understanding of video workflows, encoding, and streaming protocols (SRT, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Fluent in both French and English (spoken & written) HBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
