About this role

Breakfast Cook (Casual) – Key Responsibilities Prepare and organise mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations Assist with food preparation across all service periods Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Keep your work area clean, organised and hygienic Follow food safety standards and support stock rotation practices Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with procedures Support the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service About You You enjoy working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.

During your mandate, you will be responsible for the skilled preparation, seasoning and cooking of a wide variety of raw food items. Cleanliness of food preparation. You will prepare from a fresh or frozen state, food items as required by the daily menu of all food service locations to a dishing and/or serving state. You will also serve and cash out customers as needed. You have excellent customer service skills, 3 years' experience , a good attitude and a good sense of team spirit? Join us!
