Billing Operations Analyst

Prepare, validate, and maintain billing-related data to support accurate customer billing calculations across different products and platforms. Generate, analyse, and present ad-hoc revenue reports for management review. Assist in revenue forecasting and support strategic decision‑making.

Process customer requests with accuracy and efficiency. Develop and maintain internal controls that strengthen revenue management activities. Identify, investigate, and resolve revenue‑related issues promptly. Assist in internal and external financial audits. Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a global company. Are comfortable using Excel and handling large datasets. Have experience managing important company processes and meeting deadlines. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and enjoy working with numbers. Feel confident working cross‑functionally and handling confidential information. Approach problems with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset.
