Bid & Quality Manager
About this role
About us Traditional banking has never really given you control over your financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance. That means making financial services easy and accessible for over 6.5M users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close. We follow the same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one.
The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world. If you own outcomes rather than tasks, stay close to what users need, and refuse to wait for someone else to fix what's broken — you'll find people here who work exactly in the same way. And together, you'll build something worth being proud of. What you’ll be doing As our Bid & Quality Manager, you’ll be the person who takes Satispay through every client tender and keeps our quality system running.
This role involves managing tenders and supplier qualifications, as well as looking after our Quality Management System. You’ll work every day with Sales, Legal, Product and the heads of each department, and you’ll be the one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, from a tender deadline to an expiring certificate. Here's what that looks like in practice: - Supplier qualifications - Keep Satispay registered and up to date on our clients’ supplier portals, and work with Sales to collect and validate the documents each client asks for.
Renew company documents and certifications (DURC, DURF, company registry extracts, ISO/ESG certifications) before they expire, and improve our scores with clients (IT and ESG questionnaires). - Tender analysis - Run a first feasibility check on every tender and write a short summary so management can decide whether to take part (Go/No-Go). Then read the tender documents in depth and send clarification requests when something isn’t clear.
- Tender offers - Lead the working group, manage milestones and deadlines, and prepare the administrative documents, technical offer and economic offer. Upload everything through the required channel (PEC, email or portal) and handle follow-up requests and economic analyses before the award. - Pipeline and learnings - Keep the tender pipeline and the response calendar up to date, and look back at the tenders we won and lost to learn what to do better.
