BASE OPERATIONS MANAGER (TITLE 32)

About this role

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidate must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Army National Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Camp Clark Training Site Maximum Military Grade - 1LT (O-2) Camp Clark Training Site Minimum Military Grade - SFC (E-7) with date of rank on or before 25 March 2025 Fort Leonard Wood Training Site Maximum Military Grade - 1LT (O-2) Fort Leonard Wood Training Site Minimum Grade - SFC with date of rank on or before 9 January 2026 GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience, education, and/or training which provided you with a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration; and experience using computer and automation systems.

GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess 36 months of experience, education or training that provided the ability to develop and recommend policy; organize and carry out programs; evaluate and recommend changes in methods of operation; and prepare written communications and oral presentations. This specialized experience must also include the ability to manage a variety of funds and ensure funds are expended appropriately.

SPECIALIZED SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience managing the function of the work to be performed that includes the ability to lead, direct and assign work of personnel.
