Banking Relationship Manager Dama Financial by LeafLink is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for cannabis industry clients, fostering strong relationships while supporting their banking and financial service needs.
This role acts as a trusted advisor to licensed cannabis operators, helping clients navigate banking solutions, maintain compliance requirements, and maximize the value of Dama's products and services. The ideal candidate combines exceptional client service skills with a strong understanding of regulated industries, financial services, and compliance requirements. This individual will play a critical role in client retention, account growth, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Relationship & Account Management Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio (100-200 clients) of licensed cannabis businesses, including cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and ancillary operators. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication, account reviews, and strategic consultations. Act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate banking and payment solutions.
