About this role

Collaborating in a remote environment, the full-time Back-End Software Engineer will develop products and features using Ruby on Rails, participate in Agile methodologies, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Ruby on Rails Delivering stories, tasks, or entire features while engaging in pair programming Participating in daily stand-ups and weekly retrospectives to enhance team collaboration Required qualifications Proficiency in Ruby, Javascript, or Typescript Experience shipping small to medium-sized software projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Location in Central or Eastern time zones (CST & EST) strongly preferred Ability to work without employment visa sponsorship
