As a Presales Solution Architect at SnapSoft, you will be the technical bridge between our sales team, our delivery team and our clients. You'll leverage your deep understanding of Generative and Traditional AI, AWS and cloud technologies to design and present compelling solutions that address complex business challenges.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by translating client needs into innovative, scalable, and secure GenAI solutions on AWS. What you’ll do Needs Assessment and Analysis Conducting in-depth assessments with clients to understand their business and technical needs. Analyzing client requirements and proposing feasible technical solutions based on them. Identifying client challenges and goals, recommending effective solutions, and building client trust.

Sales Support Working closely with the sales team to jointly develop competitive sales strategies. Supporting the sales process as a technical expert, answering questions, and facilitating communication with clients. Managing the scope of client requirements and drafting contractual proposals based on them. Participating in RFI/RFP responses. Understanding AWS enablement/support programs and applying them based on client needs.

Cost Estimation and Proposal Preparation Contributing to the creation of accurate cost estimates for recommended solutions. Preparing proposals that clearly highlight the value and benefits of the solutions. Solution Design and Architecture Designing complex, AWS-based solutions tailored to client needs and delivery capabilities. Preparing detailed architectures, documentation, and proposals. Ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with AWS best practices.
