Audio Typist – Conveyancing Our client, a multi service law firm with offices in South Wales and the South West are looking to recruit a audio typist / conveyancing assistant to join their expanding team in Swansea. Applications are welcomed from Legal Assistants / audio typist who have 6-12 months experience working within a conveyancing team. Duties include but are not limited to: Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, providing excellent customer service to new and repeat clients.

Audio typing Providing an efficient and effective service to the Conveyancers. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Demonstrates strong team building and customer service skills. Shows a determination to achieve set personal and team KPIs and targets. Commitment to working within a quality standard environment. Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
