Associate Principal, Product Operations, Enterprise Device Management - (Vendor)
About this role
Exciting challenges. Quick decisions. Real users waiting. As an Associate Principal, Product Operations (Enterprise Device Management) , you’ll own the global fleet of Android devices that restaurants use to receive and manage orders. You’ll keep configurations, rollouts, and support running smoothly across all our markets, and help shape where our device ecosystem goes next. The Global Vendor Operations team is made up of smart, driven people from around the world who work closely with our entities to help every local and regional operations team perform efficiently.
We support senior management and local teams in keeping operations running smoothly. We also track how restaurant partners experience our products and services globally, and turn those insights into feature requirements for the product roadmap. As part of our Vendor Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach.
Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero’s ecosystem and impact. Own our global restaurant device fleet, from allocation and provisioning to lifecycle management across all markets, and own the Key Results and initiatives that improve it, aligned with stakeholders on shared quarterly goals. Operate and enhance our Device Management ecosystem (Android OS and devices), covering configuration, enrollment, policy and compliance management, account setup, incident and ticket troubleshooting, device support, and country-specific change requests.
Plan and run global software rollouts, including app updates, firmware upgrades, staged rollouts, rollback strategies, and post-deployment monitoring, and validate Android devices, firmware versions, and MDM configurations before release. Own projects that improve cost or efficiency. Independently manage mid- and senior-level stakeholders across global and local operations teams, and work with the MDM Product Owner to develop integrations with internal systems and improve operational workflows.
