📋 Description Own financial planning and forecasting within Women’s Plus Bottoms, including pre-season planning Analyze business performance across Fix and Freestyle, evaluating sales, inventory, product Manage the rolling operating financial forecast (OTB/ROF) in partnership with Buying, including Build scenario analyses and business recaps that support in-season decision-making, including Partner cross-functionally and use modern tools and technology to improve planning processes and 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, merchandising, or a related field, or 2–4 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, buying, merchandising, e-commerce Foundational understanding of retail math, merchandise financial planning, inventory management Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with the ability to organize data, build analyses, identify Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot, and an interest in applying 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation packages Comprehensive benefits Medical, dental, vision, and other benefits Meaningful career growth Collaborative, low-ego environment
