Associate Manager - HR Shared Services

Sutherland is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable person to join us as an Associate Manager - HR Shared Services. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to complex employee and manager queries related to the employee lifecycle and post-separation Lead and support HR operational activities, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery Collaborate with HR teams (HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll) to resolve requests and escalations Monitor team performance, workflows, and service levels, driving continuous improvement Coach and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices Analyze reports and identify opportunities to improve HR processes Support HR projects and perform additional tasks as required Maintain employee records, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and NDA Bachelor's degree or higher.

3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or people management role. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, Bulgarian National Revenue Agency requirements, and statutory compliance. Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by a digital and continuous improvement mindset. Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and people leadership skills. Experience managing the employee lifecycle and HR operations.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Bulgarian and English. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
