Why You’re Here As an Associate Designer you bring extensive experience and a passion for creating innovative, functional, and inclusive corporate interiors. You’ve honed your skills in managing interior design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You have a deep understanding of workplace trends and client needs across industries, and you’re excited about transforming spaces into inspiring environments that reflect each client’s unique vision and goals.
What You’ll Be Responsible For As a key part of the design team, your responsibilities will include: Design Leadership: Transform and refresh workplace environments for clients across various industries by producing creative, high-quality designs that align with client goals and company values. Client Collaboration: Work closely with our Business Development Principal and Construction team to communicate Unispace’s design methodology and build strong, trust-based client relationships.
Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept through completion, including managing project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with client goals. Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior staff, offering guidance on design development, client management, and career growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external teams, including structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and landscape consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
