TQ 1. Demonstrates ability to define Enterprise Standards that accelerate digital factory output, streamline application modernization, and ensure technology choices create competitive or strategic advantage, not technical debt and demonstrated executive leadership in conceiving, defining, and governing a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture (EA) program that directly translates mission goals into scalable, interoperable, and secure technology platforms.
TQ 2. Demonstrate executive-level accountability for serving as the "Platform Owner" for a portfolio of mission-critical Enterprise Platforms. This includes defining strategic vision, developing the platform's long-term roadmap (as a product), managing investment and resource allocation, and driving high adoption rates by development teams. Additionally, experience leading a product-focused approach to platform delivery, ensuring platforms are engineered for self-service, scalability, security, and developer velocity, thereby accelerating the agency's ability to deliver mission capabilities.
