About the role The Assistant Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role in delivering integrated marketing plans that drive brand growth, commercial performance and customer engagement.
Acting as a critical link between strategy and execution, the role supports campaign planning, market launches and performance analysis while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing and Agencies! As a Assistant Trade Marketing Manager you will Support the development and delivery of annual and seasonal marketing plans in line with brand and business objectives.
Lead the execution of key campaigns, launches and initiatives across multiple channels (digital, social, CRM, retail, events). Adapt global and regional strategies for local market relevance where required. Manage day‑to‑day brand activity, ensuring consistency of tone, messaging and visual identity. Oversee asset development including toolkits, content calendars, POS materials and campaign assets. Brief and manage creative, media and PR agencies to deliver high‑quality outputs on time and within budget.
