About the role As part of the Packaging Development team, the Assistant Packaging Development Manager will play an active supporting role in the project management of all packaging related projects to ensure they are delivered within spec, time and budget.
By working closely with Supply Chain & Operations, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing you will have a great understanding of the process and ability to provide creative, operational & commercial solutions. With support from the Lead Packaging Development Manager and a focus on the technical and quality aspects of primary packaging development you will support on the execution of projects relating to the brand’s growth primarily within the colour and complexion sector.
The Assistant Packaging Development Manager will come from a packaging development background and have a passion for creating new innovative, sustainable and amazing looking packaging both in terms of materials and delivery systems. Together with the Lead Packaging Development Manager you will be juggling multiple packaging development projects at the same time with a can-do attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to shape & impact the brand’s product developments and expansion.
