As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant Restaurant Managerwe require that you: · Oversee the Food & Beverage operation on a day to day basis and act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Manager.

As our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be helping to drive this initiative through ensuring your staff’s training needs have been met and that they’re delivering outstanding customer service. · Ensure our front of house team keeps the dining area clean and well-presented for our customers, and that every dish is served with a warm, welcoming smile.

· Support the Food & Beverage Manager with monitoring our performance against set budgets · Assisting the Manager with people-related tasks such as; training staff, logging absences, finding cover when needed, creating rotas and disciplinaries · Managing stock- creating new stock orders using our online NAV system · Roll your sleeves up and help with serving customers when needed.
