Assistant Buyer – Residential Developer

About this role

A residential developer are currently seeking an Assistant Buyer to be based out of their offices in Hertfordshire. The Assistant Buyer will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced buyer who oversees the buying for this developer’s flagship schemes. Ideally, they are looking for an Assistant or intermediate buyer who has up to 3 years’ experience within the role. More experienced candidates however will still be considered.

Typical projects in which the Assistant Buyer will be part of the buying team for include bespoke high end residential developments, small to medium sized residential timber and traditional build developments, and multi-phase residential schemes. This developer are a 5* house builder who have previously been voted one of the best companies to work for in the industry. This developer take the “quality over quantity” approach with their developments, and have won various awards.

They invest greatly in their staff and are hoping to progress the successful assistant buyer within the business. They have excellent internal and external training and development schemes which are proven by various successful employees within the company.
