Three ways to join us – all starting Monday 4 January 2027 Management Graduate Programme (12 months) : A customer-facing programme designed to develop the next generation of Radius leaders. Open to graduates with a strong degree, ideally in business, English or economics. Outbound Sales Agent, Milan : A clear path from Fleet Sales to CRT Sales and, for those who show the potential, Field Sales – with salary increases at every step.

Account Manager (Outbound), Vimercate : Grow from managing Fleet accounts into Key Account Management, with salary increases as you progress, typically after 12–18 months. No degree? No problem. For our sales and account management roles, we care about your personality and what drives you – not your qualifications. What we're looking for You enjoy talking to people and are happy to spend around two hours a day on the phone with customers You bounce back quickly when someone says no You're a team player who lifts the people around you You communicate clearly and confidently You can influence and persuade You're motivated by earning commission and know your reason for coming to work You want to work full time in our office, alongside your team During the afternoon you will: Learn about Radius and our three career paths Take part in a group exercise and a short sales challenge Have a one-to-one interview with our managers Meet our team and see what a day on the sales floor really looks like What you can expect Structured onboarding and ongoing coaching to support your development; Clear performance framework with progression opportunities; A fast-paced, results-driven sales environment; Exposure to a broad range of products; The opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing global business; A commitment to building a working environment that values inclusivity, innovation, agility.
