People in Tallinn and Tartu can order their groceries and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightspeed.

As a Wolt Market Area Manager you have ownership of supporting a team of 4-5 Store Managers and Store Team Leads and together running a world-class grocery delivery operation. You are leading everything related to how operations take place and are responsible for finding and setting up targets, optimizing store layout, improving picking and packing costs, ensuring a great user experience and providing leadership to a team of store leaders and grocery associates.

Four key areas that you’ll always focus on are the productivity, quality, customer experience, and safety of your operation. In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to be an amazing independent manager with an exceptional ability to execute every single day. What you’ll be doing Responsible for the end to end store operations, from fulfillment to delivery in a group of our stores.

Focus on the continuous improvement of our operations. Key focus areas include: productivity, quality, customer experience, and safety. Maintaining an ambitious and motivated team is one of your main responsibilities, while you also hire and train new store leaders. Provide day to day leadership and guidance to store leaders and associates to optimize store operations and guarantee operational excellence. Drive the creation of shift schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other change initiatives to support and enable store leaders to meet and exceed business targets.
