Role Summary The Compliance and Privacy Program Apprenticeship offers early-career professionals hands-on experience within a global health technology company. The apprentice will support Innovaccer’s compliance and privacy programs across the United States, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and India.

Working with experienced legal, compliance, privacy, security, and business professionals, the apprentice will learn how regulatory requirements apply to healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, data platforms, and cross-border operations. The role combines structured learning with practical assignments involving privacy assessments, regulatory research, risk management, documentation, and program administration.

Key Responsibilities Maintain compliance registers, including records of processing activities, risk registers, assessment trackers, regulatory inventories, and remediation logs. Help improve compliance workflows, templates, metrics, and reporting processes. Support compliance training, internal communications, audit preparation, evidence collection, and follow-up on identified action items. Support privacy impact assessments and other reviews of products, business processes, technologies, and data-processing activities.

Assist with preparing, reviewing, and maintaining privacy and regulatory compliance documentation, policies, procedures, notices, and internal guidance. Participate in privacy and compliance assessments of vendors and other third parties, including reviewing questionnaires and supporting documentation. Support data protection initiatives involving data minimization, retention, access controls, individual rights, consent, transparency, and privacy by design.
