Analytics Engineer

About this role

To support data-driven decision-making across the organization, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will build and maintain data products, lead investigations into complex business questions, and enhance the company's data capabilities through self-service analytics and AI integration. Key responsibilities Lead high-priority investigations to turn ambiguous data into actionable recommendations Create dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency Ensure data quality and accessibility by building reliable data pipelines and models Required qualifications 3-6 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a technical analytics role Advanced SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar frameworks for building production models Proficiency in using AI tools for coding, analysis, and validation of outputs Experience in structuring data and providing context for AI systems to ensure accurate responses Strong software engineering practices, including Git, code review, and documentation
