About the Company: Location: Philippines - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Own day-to-day Amazon FBA operations and keep things running smoothly. Manage projects from planning to execution, keeping priorities, deadlines, and deliverables on track. Monitor operational performance, spot issues early, and turn problems into practical solutions. Improve workflows, systems, and processes to make the business more efficient.

Coordinate tasks and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do. Learn the business deeply, take on increasing responsibility, and help drive its next stage of growth. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Strong Amazon experience is a must. You understand how Amazon FBA operations work in practice. Proven ability to manage projects, juggle priorities, and follow through.

Sharp analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail. A fast learner who can absorb feedback, adapt quickly, and figure things out. Highly driven, hardworking, organized, and comfortable taking ownership. Humble enough to learn, confident enough to take initiative, and committed to doing great work.
